When it was discovered that the New York Convention & Visitors Bureau had a pervasive culture of “no,” Turning Point partner Jeanine Moss executed the “Just Say Yes” campaign – requiring all participants to find a positive answer to every question. Switching employees from one department to another for a day, offering rewards and pizza parties all worked in tandem to shift the culture into one that was helpful, cheerful, and recognized as positive by all of its stakeholders.
