Under CEO Carly Fiorina, HP was furiously repositioning itself as an end-to-end solutions provider with a wide variety of offerings. Yet, the company did not have the skills and capabilities to produce its own positioning and messaging.
Turning Point principals led an internal team to build a corporate messaging function. While sharing knowledge and processes and training staff to accomplish the goal – Turning Point also co-wrote the “HP Messaging Guide” and created messaging and strategies for products as they came off the shelf.
